March 2019 I had a chance to experience a 10 night safari in Tanzania, Africa. It was operated by African Travel and my travel agent friend Tiffany Heinisch hooked up up with an incredible single rate on a AAA departure. The length of the trip was great (14 days more or less including travel days as well as pre/post) the same as Antarctica.
Here it was all about animals….the proximity of them, the ability to look elephants in the eye and watch a cheetah run at full speed across the savannah. Here are a few images….and many more posts/images to come
