Kayaking in Florida

Just around the summer of 2019 I was introduced to kayaking and off to the Antarctic I went.  Yep, first ‘real’ kayaking experience was in Antarctica….so paddling Florida is a piece of cake!  

Since June I have been off on paddling adventures and as my confidence and curiosity grows….so so the kayak expeditions! 

On these pages I’ll share some of the places and experiences that can be had paddling Florida.  It is absolute magic!

It was this map that confirmed my addiction to Florida springs and kayaking.  I stumbled across the FLORIDA SPRINGS INSTITUTE and discovered so much about this state and springs within it.  THIS is the real Florida folks.
